Professional Development Planning
A team from CASDA will work with individual districts to
create or update a professional development plan by meeting
with focus groups representing all members of the staff. By
developing and administering surveys, and analyzing survey
results and other data, the plan will keep staff updated and
close the instructional gap.
Mentor Training & Mentor
Program Evaluation
New teachers must have a mentored experience in partial
fulfillment of a professional certificate. A team from CASDA
will work with individual districts to develop on-site
mentor training with built-in support seminars. Mentor
program evaluation is also available. |
