Assistive Technology Roundtable

A Professional Learning Community for Educators Working to Provide Assistive Technology Services

Participants will be able to be part of an area wide professional learning community for professionals working to provide assistive technology devices and services for students with diverse learning needs and skills. The participants will be provided short presentation on a variety of topics in the area of assistive technology followed by discussion and sharing of ideas and strategies for improving assistive technology support services. Participants will learn about current devices, tools and strategies for students with special needs, stay up to date with legislation changes, and improving their working with staff and families to support the effective provision and use of AT devices and services.
