New York State School Boards must continually evaluate and develop district policies to ensure that they comply with legislative mandates, reflect community values, preserve fiscal solvency and promote student achievement. CASDA’s faculty consultants have extensive experience as superintendents, business officials and board members. This knowledge enables CASDA to assist school boards in establishing effective decision making protocols that consider the positions of all stakeholders and support quality education for students.
