1.5 hours CTLE credit

Facilitator: Dr. Stephanie Conklin

In this session, math educator, and NYS Master Teacher,  Dr. Stephanie Conklin, who is serving on Governor Cuomo's ReImagine Education committee, will host a roundtable discussion about instructional challenges and solutions to reopening schools in Fall 2020.  The discussion will focus on highlighting best practices for distance or hybrid learning with the notion that in-person instruction is still the ideal learning and teaching setting.  Teachers will have an opportunity to actively collaborate on sharing and creating solutions with peers; teachers will work in small groups based on their content area (in STEM fields).
