Leading with Intentionality: Strategies for Aligning Everyday Decisions to Overarching Purpose
Date: April 3, 2019
Time: 8:30 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Cost: $120 for members/$240 non-members
Participants receive 6.5 hours of CTLE credit.
This full day workshop and multimedia package focuses on the work of systems leaders. Leading with intentionality requires individuals to identify their overarching leadership purpose or why, collaboratively develop an organizational mission and goals around a commonly agreed upon purpose, align decisions in the system to achieving its mission and goals and undertake time to reflect and recalibrate the system. Participants attending the workshop will use the Intentional Leaders Model to develop their own road map for leading with intentionality. Additionally, after the workshop participants will be provided access to three podcasts based on interviews with area leaders who discuss their journey with intentionality. A Google group will be established for participants to engage in an ongoing dialogue around leadership intentionality and additional resources will be made available electronically to support ongoing professional development.
