The McLean Group Cultural Responsiveness Training
The McLean group provides consulting, coaching and training on diversity for the New York State government, county agencies, non-profits and academic institutions. They utilize research-based tools such as Strengths Finder 2.0 and the IES (Intercultural Effectiveness Scale) to guide and customize their work. The McLean Group's strategic approach to training involves four stages of sustained work: Discover/Design, Internalization, Train the Trainer Model and Implementation/Action.
