This workshop will assist administrators in creating compelling and productive meetings. Effective types of meetings will be reviewed along with strategies to effectively engage participants to achieve targeted meeting results. You will also review “meeting tools” to get results and learn ways to reduce “sneaker time” (wasted time outside of meetings).
