ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURES REVIEW
The state of education is constantly evolving. It is imperative that school leaders reflect upon their organizational structures and practices to ensure that their district can meet increasingly rigorous state requirements while providing students an education of the highest quality. CASDA faculty possess the knowledge and experience to help leadership teams instructively assess their current structures and protocols and develop effective, research driven strategies that lead to the development an efficient, effective and forward-thinking organization.
CASDA faculty will meet with district leadership to determine the scope of work and identify the study’s essential questions. CASDA will then interview system leaders, facilitate focus groups and conduct a thorough document review to determine the efficacy of current organizational structures and make recommendations to optimize administrative effectiveness going forward.
