Improving Leadership Effectiveness Using Workplace Personality Profiles

Workplaces everywhere are using Workplace Personality Profiles to improve relationships, develop effective leaders and build the productivity of teams. CASDA trains school districts in the use of the DiSC Workplace Profile, a 15 minute survey that produces a detailed report about an individual's personality, style and behavior in the workplace. During the DiSC Training, individuals learn about their own style and then the styles of others.  They explore strengths, weaknesses, contributions, fears, motivators and stressors.
