It can be lonely at the top. The demands on a school superintendent are great, especially when working in isolation from your peers. Whether you are a new superintendent or a seasoned veteran, CASDA's newest roundtable will offer you the opportunity to join a network of other leaders facing similar demands and challenges. These facilitated discussions allow you to learn from and with your peers and to get insight into leadership and school performance best practices that can improve student outcomes. By offering a safe and confidential environment, you will be able to ask the tough questions and get advice from others in the know. Discussion topics will be developed from your survey responses, to ensure that the roundtable is tailored to your needs and addresses the challenges of a rapidly changing environment.
