Workplaces everywhere are using Workplace Personality Profiles to improve relationships, develop effective leaders and build the productivity of teams. In school districts, the important working relationships include:
Superintendents with Boards of Education and Cabinets.
Principals with District Administrative Teams.
Principals with Building Leadership Teams.
All School Leaders and Support Staff.
CASDA trains school districts in the use of the DiSC Workplace Profile, a 15 minute survey that produces a detailed report about an individual's personality, style and behavior in the workplace. During the DiSC Training, individuals learn about their own style and then the styles of others. They explore strengths, weaknesses, contributions, fears, motivators and stressors. They analyze workstyles they enjoy and those that challenge them. They come to understand their reaction to other workstyles and leave with specific strategies for improving relationships with others.
The DiSC model provides a common language that enables people to better understand themselves and adapt their behavior with others. It also serves as an assessment tool for hiring the right person. Individuals are encouraged to come alone to "scout" this training for their district or bring a team to have the DiSC experience on site.
Complete 15 minute survey and receive Individual Workplace Profile Report PRIOR TO ATTENDING.
Develop an improved self-awareness of their workstyle.
