Consultant bios:
Dr. Sarah Cioffi is a former K-12 administrator at Shenendehowa with 35 years of experience as an educator and school leader. She is currently an instructor in the graduate education programs at both Siena and Bard Colleges, and the owner of SBC Instructional Consulting, LLC

Dr. Drew Anderson is a clinical psychologist and associate professor at the University at Albany who consults and presents nationally on stress, resilience, and behavioral health through his company, QOL Consulting, LLC.

Sarah and Drew have led related workshops for the School Administrators Association of NYS (SAANYS), the Mental Health Association of NYS (MHANYS), the NYS Association for Women in Administration (NYSAWA), and the Shenendehowa Leadership Team. Their workshops combine the practical leadership experience of Dr. Cioffi and the clinical experience of Dr. Anderson.​
