Urban schools present unique challenges and complexities requiring administrators to demonstrate strong instructional leadership, sound data-driven decision making, and dynamic community building. CASDA’s Urban Leadership Roundtable is a professional learning community that provides a space for urban educational leaders at the district and building levels to share effective strategies, and reflect on their professional practice. CASDA facilitator Dale Getto will draw upon her vast experience as a Principal at multiple levels in urban schools and a leadership coach in several urban districts to guide dialogue, offer perspective and help participants ask essential questions.
This program will be relevant to principals, assistant principals, PPS Directors, curriculum, instructional coaches and teacher leaders.
