The Capital Area School Development Association (CASDA) is proud to announce that their newest Corporate Partner is The McLean Group, who provide customized consulting, coaching and training on diversity. Through the partnership, CASDA member school districts will receive a discounted price on cultural responsiveness and implicit bias training contracted via CASDA with the McLean Group’s expert trainers.
“We feel that this is the work that needs to be done, and that the approach taken by The McLean Group is the right one,” said CASDA Executive Director Michael Piccirillo, Ed. D. “CASDA is excited about this partnership and carrying this important work forward.”

The McLean Group is currently providing customized training to the North Colonie School District and KIPP Tech Valley Charter School. McLean is also working with Schenectady, Amsterdam and Kingston school districts as the liaison for the Empowering Early Career Educators for Racial Justice project funded by the National Education Association (NEA).
